Research shows that the greatest difference between couples who make it and those who don’t is that those who make it have the tools to deal with conflict. Coaching is an interactive process that helps couples to develop skills more rapidly and produce more satisfying results. Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their potential as a couple. The energy of the process is found in the coach’s ability to formulate powerful questions. Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual couples’ needs. Coaching allows the coach to spend the time needed with a couple to genuinely hear and guide them to resources and tools that will make a difference, as soon as, possible. Between Two Trees Coaching can be done in person or over the phone; in some cases weekend intensives help jumpstart the process.
